This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains the way of treatment of the information which is provided or collected in the websites on which this Policy is posted. In addition the Policy also explains the information which is provided or collected in the course of using the applications of the Company which exist in the websites or platforms of other company.

Through this Policy, the Company regards personal information of the users as important and inform them of the purpose and method of Company's using the personal information provided by the users and the measures taken by the Company for protection of those personal information.

Period for retention and use of personal information

In principle, the Company destructs personal information of users without delay when: the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved; the legal or management needs are satisfied; or users request: Provided that, if it is required to retain the information by relevant laws and regulations, the Company will retain member information for certain period as designated by relevant laws and regulations.

Procedure and method of destruction of personal information

In principle, the Company destructs the information immediately after the purposes of its collection and use have been achieved without delay: Provided that, if any information is to be retained as required by relevant laws and regulations, the Company retain it for the period as required by those laws and regulations before destruction and, in such event, the personal information which is stored and managed separately will never be used for other purposes. The Company destructs: hard copies of personal information by shredding with a pulverizer or incinerating it; and delete personal information stored in the form of electric file by using technological method making that information not restored.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Company and its service providers may use first and third party Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies, including web beacons, to manage our Sites and our services and collect analytics about how you use them. The Company and its service providers may collect information about whether you open or click any links in the knowledge, research or event communications that we send to you. The information provided throughout this Privacy Policy about cookies also applies to these other tracking technologies. The users have an option for cookie installation. Users' right to access and option

The users or their legal representatives, as main agents of the information, may exercise the following options regarding the collection, use and sharing of personal information by the Company:

Security

The Company regards the security of personal information of uses as very important. The Company constructs the following security measures to protect the users' personal information from any unauthorized access, release, use or modification by the Personal Information protection Act.

• Establish and implement an internal privacy management plan. Establish an internal personal information management plan, containing matters in relation to the composition and operation of the privacy organization, such as the designation of privacy personnel, and inspect whether the internal management plan is implemented effectively each year. Provide education and training for staffs treating personal information.

• Actions are undertaken to control access to and restrict the right to access personal information. In order to prevent illegal access to personal information, The Company has established the standards for granting, modifying, and canceling access rights to the personal information processing system, and runs an intrusion prevention system and intrusion detection system. Employees that handle personal information are kept to a minimum, thereby reducing the risk of personal information leakage.

• Actions are taken to store personal information access records and prevent any forgery and tampering. The personal information handler stores and manages access records for the personal information processing system, periodically inspects access records to prevent any misuse, abuse, loss, forgery, and tampering of personal information, and safely stores the relevant access records so that they are not forged, stolen, or lost. Utilize security servers for transmitting encryption of personal information. Take measures of encryption for confidential information.

• The Company installs and renews security programs for personal information. The Company frequently backs up data to offset risk of any damage to personal information, and uses the latest antivirus software to prevent leakage or damage of users' personal information.

• The Company enforces physical actions to keep personal information safe. In order to prevent leakage or damage of members' personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses, The Company installs systems in areas with restricted access from the outside, and establishes and operates access control procedures.

Protection of personal information of children

In principle, the Company does not collect any information from the children under 13 or equivalent minimum age as prescribed in the laws in relevant jurisdiction. The website, products and services of the Company are the ones to be provided to ordinary people, in principle. The website or application of the Company has function to do age limit so that children cannot use it and the Company does not intentionally collect any personal information from children through that function.

Any information that directly, indirectly, or in connection with other information — including a personal identification number — allows for the identification or identifiability of a natural person.

Usage Data

Information collected automatically through this Application (or third-party services employed in this Application), which can include: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the Users who use this Application, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the User, the various time details per visit (e.g., the time spent on each page within the Application) and the details about the path followed within the Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the device operating system and/or the User's IT environment.

User

The individual using this Application who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.

Data Subject

The natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.

Data Processor (or Data Supervisor)

The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller, as described in this privacy policy.

Data Controller (or Owner)

The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data, including the security measures concerning the operation and use of this Application. The Data Controller, unless otherwise specified, is the Owner of this Application.

Mobile Application Privacy Policy

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not provide an option to create an account therefore, the Company do not store nor have access to your entries and data. Your data are stored only locally on your device and all calculations are done on your device as well. You can optionally backup your data to Google Drive (Android) or to Apple iCloud (iOS). Your backups are stored in your private cloud space and the Company don’t have access to your backup files.

The Company obtain your email address when you request support via email or customer support contact form. The Company use your email only to contact you to provide support, feedback or important information.

Backup

The Company advise our users to regularly backup their data. Our users can choose to manually export the backup file and store it wherever they want or they can optionally make cloud backups. The cloud backups are kept in users' private cloud space where the Company have no access.

Android Google Drive Backups Android users can optionally backup their data using Google Drive. Their backups are stored in their private Google Drive space and count against their quota. The Company use a secure connection to your Google Account and data is safely stored in a folder where the Company nor other apps have access. The email and name permissions within the Android are requested in order to display the account details within the app to inform users about the account which is being used for the backups. The app does not keep email addresses and names within the app. The app asks Google Sign In for a connected account and displays the account info only when accessing the Backup section. Even if the user agreed to anonymous analytics data collection your email address or name is never sent with the analytics data.

iOS iCloud Backups iOS users can optionally backup their data using iCloud Drive. Their backups are stored in their private iCloud Drive space and count against their quota. iCloud secures your information by encrypting it when it's in transit, storing it in iCloud in an encrypted format, and using secure tokens for authentication. For certain sensitive information, Apple uses end-to-end encryption. This means that only you can access your information, and only on devices where you’re signed into iCloud. Analytics

The application does NOT collect any usage or crash reporting data without your consent. 

If you’ve agreed to data collection, the application collects some usage data that are essential for us to deliver our services, to understand your needs, and to improve our services. Such as app launches, taps, clicks, scrolling information, in-app purchases, screen visits, session durations, or other information about how you interact with our app. These data are anonymized and aggregated from all users who gave us collection consent. If you've agreed to data collection, the application also collects crashes and performance reports so the Company can improve the stability and performance of our app.

The application does NOT collect any user-generated content. Such as your name, surname, email, or anything you type within the app.

Photos

You can optionally attach a photo to your entry. Your photos are stored locally on your phone in our app's storage. If you choose to make a cloud backup (Google Drive or iCloud) your photos are transferred to your private cloud storage. They are counted against your storage quota. If you choose to manually export a backup file, the photos are included in the exported backup file alongside your entries. The Company have no access to your photos. Even if the user agreed to anonymous analytics data collection your photos are never sent with the analytics data.

Android

The Company use the following third-party services for our Android app:

• This service helps us to collect and analyze usage data in order to understand usage patterns and to improve our Android app.

• Data collected: various usage and device data such as cookies, unique device identifiers, Android Advertising ID, Firebase installation IDs, Analytics App Instance IDs, usage data, anonymized IP addresses, session durations, device models, operating systems, geography, in-app purchases, first launches, app opens, app updates

• Data retention: 2 months

Firebase Crashlytics (Google Inc.)

• This service helps us to identify crashes and errors in our app. It helps us to improve the reliability and stability of our Android app.

• Data collected: Crashlytics Installation UUIDs, crash traces, device models, geography, operating systems

• Data retention: 90 days

iOS

The Company use the following third-party services for our iOS app:

Advertising

Advertising helps us to keep our app free. The premium version of our app does not serve any ads. The premium version also does not initialize or call any AdMob method.

The ad's content is NOT based on your entries or notes. The Company don’t share your data with the ads providers.

The iOS version of our app doesn't show third party ads. The free version of our Android app uses the following service:

• AdMob (AdMob Google Inc.)

The Company use AdMob to display ad banners and other advertisements possibly based on your interests. AdMob uses cookies to identify users and they may use the behavioral retargeting technique, i.e. displaying ads tailored to your interests and behavior, including those detected outside our app. For example, if you've previously visited e-shop selling shoes you might see more ads promoting shoes or shoe shops.

Google's advertising requirements can be summed up by Google's Advertising Principles https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users.

4. 정보 주체와 법정대리인의 권리·의무 및 그 행사방법

이용자는 개인정보주체로써 다음과 같은 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

① 정보 주체는 메모리즈/세이마이라이프/비트비즈에 대해 언제든지 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지 요구 등의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

② 제1항에 따른 권리 행사는 메모리즈/세이마이라이프/비트비즈에 대해 개인정보 보호법 시행령 제41조제1항에 따라 서면, 전자우편, 모사전송(FAX) 등을 통하여 하실 수 있으며 메모리즈/세이마이라이프/비트비즈은 이에 대해 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.

③ 제1항에 따른 권리 행사는 정보주체의 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 자 등 대리인을 통하여 하실 수 있습니다. 이 경우 개인정보 보호법 시행규칙 별지 제11호 서식에 따른 위임장을 제출하셔야 합니다.

④ 개인정보 열람 및 처리 정지 요구는 개인정보보호법 제35조 제5항, 제37조 제2항에 의하여 정보 주체의 권리가 제한 될 수 있습니다.

⑤ 개인정보의 정정 및 삭제 요구는 다른 법령에서 그 개인정보가 수집 대상으로 명시되어 있는 경우에는 그 삭제를 요구할 수 없습니다.

⑥ 메모리즈/세이마이라이프/비트비즈은 정보주체 권리에 따른 열람의 요구, 정정·삭제의 요구, 처리 정지의 요구 시 열람 등 요구를 한 자가 본인이거나 정당한 대리인인지를 확인합니다.

5. 개인정보의 파기

메모리즈/세이마이라이프/비트비즈은 원칙적으로 개인정보 처리목적이 달성된 경우에는 지체없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. 파기의 절차, 기한 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

파기절차

이용자가 입력한 정보는 목적 달성 후 별도의 DB에 옮겨져(종이의 경우 별도의 서류) 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 따라 일정기간 저장된 후 혹은 즉시 파기됩니다. 이 때, DB로 옮겨진 개인정보는 법률에 의한 경우가 아니고서는 다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다.

파기기한

이용자의 개인정보는 개인정보의 보유기간이 경과된 경우에는 보유기간의 종료일로부터 5일 이내에, 개인정보의 처리 목적 달성, 해당 서비스의 폐지, 사업의 종료 등 그 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 개인정보의 처리가 불필요한 것으로 인정되는 날로부터 5일 이내에 그 개인정보를 파기합니다.

파기방법

전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용합니다. 종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각을 통하여 파기합니다.

① 메모리즈/세이마이라이프/비트비즈은 개별적인 맞춤서비스를 제공하기 위해 이용정보를 저장하고 수시로 불러오는 ‘쿠기(cookie)’를 사용합니다.

② 쿠키는 웹사이트를 운영하는데 이용되는 서버(http)가 이용자의 컴퓨터 브라우저에게 보내는 소량의 정보이며 이용자들의 PC 컴퓨터 내의 하드디스크에 저장되기도 합니다.

가. 쿠키의 사용 목적 : 이용자가 방문한 각 서비스와 웹 사이트들에 대한 방문 및 이용 형태, 인기 검색어, 보안 접속 여부, 등을 파악하여 이용자에게 최적화된 정보 제공을 위해 사용됩니다.

8. 개인정보 처리 방침 변경

①이 개인정보처리방침은 시행일로부터 적용되며, 법령 및 방침에 따른 변경 내용의 추가, 삭제 및 정정이 있는 경우에는 변경 사항의 시행 7일 전부터 공지사항을 통하여 고지할 것입니다.

- 해킹 등에 대비한 기술적 대책

메모리즈/세이마이라이프/비트비즈은 해킹이나 컴퓨터 바이러스 등에 의한 개인정보 유출 및 훼손을 막기 위하여 보안프로그램을 설치하고 주기적인 갱신·점검을 하며 외부로부터 접근이 통제된 구역에 시스템을 설치하고 기술적/물리적으로 감시 및 차단하고 있습니다.

- 개인정보의 암호화

이용자의 개인정보는 비밀번호는 암호화 되어 저장 및 관리되고 있어, 본인만이 알 수 있으며 중요한 데이터는 파일 및 전송 데이터를 암호화 하거나 파일 잠금 기능을 사용하는 등의 별도 보안 기능을 사용하고 있습니다.

- 접속 기록의 보관 및 위변조 방지

개인정보처리시스템에 접속한 기록을 최소 6개월 이상 보관, 관리하고 있으며, 접속 기록이 위변조 및 도난, 분실되지 않도록 보안기능 사용하고 있습니다.

- 개인정보에 대한 접근 제한

개인정보를 처리하는 데이터베이스시스템에 대한 접근권한의 부여,변경,말소를 통하여 개인정보에 대한 접근통제를 위하여 필요한 조치를 하고 있으며 침입차단시스템을 이용하여 외부로부터의 무단 접근을 통제하고 있습니다.

- 문서보안을 위한 잠금장치 사용

개인정보가 포함된 서류, 보조저장매체 등을 잠금장치가 있는 안전한 장소에 보관하고 있습니다.

- 비인가자에 대한 출입 통제

개인정보를 보관하고 있는 물리적 보관 장소를 별도로 두고 이에 대해 출입 통제 절차를 수립, 운영하고 있습니다.

계정을 생성하지 않는 모바일 어플리케이션은 귀하의 이메일 주소를 저장하거나 개인적인 데이터에 액세스할 수 없습니다. 귀하가 앱 내에 기록한 데이터는 귀하의 핸드폰에 직접 저장되며 모든 연산 역시 귀하의 핸드폰에서 수행됩니다. 다만 귀하의 선택에 따라, 기록한 데이터를 Google Drive (Android) 또는 Apple iCloud (iOS)에 백업 할 수 있습니다. 백업은 사설 클라우드 공간에 저장되며 Google은 백업 파일에 액세스 할 수 없습니다. 다만, 이메일 혹은 의견 보내기 항목을 통해 귀하가 직접 지원을 요청할 때, 귀하에게 피드백 혹은 서비스에 대한 지원을 제공하기 위해 직접 기록해주신 이메일을 사용합니다.

2. 백업

정기적으로 데이터를 백업할 것을 권장하며, 사용자는 백업 파일을 수동으로 내보내고 원하는 곳에 저장하거나 선택적으로 클라우드 백업을 만들 수 있습니다. 클라우드 백업은 외부에서 접근할 수 없는 사용자의 개인 클라우드 공간에 보관됩니다.

애플리케이션은 귀하의 동의없이 사용 또는 충돌 보고 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다. 데이터 수집에 동의 한 경우 애플리케이션은 서비스를 제공하고, 사용자의 요구를 이해하고, 서비스를 개선하는 데 필수적인 일부 사용 데이터를 수집합니다. 앱 시작, 탭, 클릭, 스크롤 정보, 인앱 구매, 화면 방문, 세션 기간 또는 귀하가 당사 앱과 상호 작용하는 방법에 대한 기타 정보와 같은. 이러한 데이터는 수집에 동의 한 모든 사용자로부터 익명화되고 집계됩니다. 데이터 수집에 동의 한 경우 애플리케이션은 앱의 안정성과 성능을 개선 할 수 있도록 충돌 및 성능 보고서도 수집합니다.

4. 사진

귀하의 선택에 따라 애플리케이션에 사진을 첨부 할 수 있습니다. 귀하의 사진은 당사 앱의 저장소에있는 귀하의 핸드폰에 로컬로 저장됩니다. 클라우드 백업 (Google 드라이브 또는 iCloud)을 선택하면 사진이 개인 클라우드 저장소로 전송되며, 스토리지 할당량에 포함됩니다. 백업 파일을 수동으로 내보내도록 선택하면 사진이 항목과 함께 내 보낸 백업 파일에 포함됩니다. 하지만 외부에서는 귀하의 사진에 액세스 할 수 없습니다. 사용자가 익명의 분석 데이터 수집에 동의 한 경우에도 귀하의 사진은 분석 데이터와 함께 전송되지 않습니다.

AdMob을 사용하여 귀하의 관심사에 따라 광고 배너 및 기타 광고를 표시합니다.
